Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in international marketing, particularly in the yarn industry, to join our team at Alltex Exim Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our international market presence, drive sales growth, and cultivate strong relationships with customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for international market expansion in line with company objectives and targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for our yarn products globally. Conduct market research to analyze market trends, and customer preferences to formulate effective marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in international markets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, and market trends, to identify areas for improvement and growth. Prepare and present regular reports and analyses to management to track progress and make informed business decisions. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products and expand our network. Stay updated on industry developments, trade regulations, and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly and mitigate risks. Skills: Bachelor's degree in Textile or related field; a Master's degree in international business will be preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, specifically within the yarn industry . Strong understanding of international markets and export procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to drive sales growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
