Job Responsibilities:Calibration & Validation· Calibrate and Validate Open loop system, OBD, Emission, vehicle drivability considering internal quality targets and future emission legislation.· Work on Gasoline (E10, E20 & E100) & alternate fuels (CNG, CBG & HCNG)· To develop advanced control strategies for upcoming emission regulation· Coordinate & align development topics and program timeline updates· Participate in vehicle test trips (Summer and Winter trials)· Frontload activities by shifting from Lab to Math.Project Management & Regulatory Requirements· Effective managing the project development cycyle as per overall vehicle development schedule and regulation requirement.· Well versed with the model development timelines its criticality and impact on regulation.· Coordinate for the preparation of certification document.· Explain control system functionality to agencyIssue Resolution· Technical solutions of OBD field or production issuesSkills Required:· Proactive with ability to work with minimal supervision.· Experience in coordinating and leading cross functional teams in complex projects.· Experience in securing technical & certification documentation for different legislations.· Familiarity with tools and communication protocols· Experience in calibration tools like INCA, Concerto, Creta, CANoe etc.· Knowledge for scientific tool for problem solving.· Experience in handling of mass emissions laboratory independently· Experience in working with simulation using MATLAB & PythonBehavioral Skills Required:· Well organized, initiative-taking, highly motivated, and able to work in a multicultural environment· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Excellent presentation & communication skills· Planning, Organizing & Executing
