Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleLeads team of intermediate to experienced Procurement professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, and/or program execution. Reviews prices, manufacturing processes, and contracts and makes recommendations for changes to ensure a successful procurement process.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnership & BU Embedding: Act as the primary CoE interface for the assigned BU. Participate in BU leadership and operating calls and develop deep understanding of business priorities.Analytics-led Productivity: Translate BU objectives into analytical problem statements and enable delivery of productivity targets through insights, RFQs, and data-driven initiatives.​ * Strategy & Decision Support: Support category councils and BU leadership with fact-based insights to enable faster and better decision making.
  • Process Simplification: Partner with business stakeholders to simplify key supply chain processes (material productivity, price changes, blocking, AP resolution) based on Voice of Customer.
  • Execution & Value Tracking: Convert insights into actionable initiatives and track execution and value realization.
  • Governance & Ways of Working: Establish structured engagement between CoE and BU, ensuring consistency in metrics, analytics, and storytelling.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen (procurement) with ability to connect analytics to outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI (advanced analytics a plus)
