- Generate high-quality leads using multiple channels: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, Clutch, GoodFirms, AppFutura, Email campaigns & Cold Emailing, Cold Calling & WhatsApp Outreach, Social Media & Online Networking
- Train and guide the team in effective lead generation techniques
- Monitor and evaluate lead sources for consistent pipeline growth
- Analyze client requirements, create project scopes, and deliver tailored proposals
- Strong technical requirement understanding and ability to communicate with technical teams
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead to closure
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
- Target and close clients in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.)
- Manage client communication, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal finalization
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT services business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grip on technical understanding of software and web solutions
- Proficiency in proposal writing and client presentations
- Leadership skills to support and guide a lead generation team
- Must have worked in international B2B markets
- Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is a plus
