- Experience: 3+ years in IT services sales, with expertise in lead generation, client communication, and bidding on relevant platforms.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and using lead generation and bidding platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end client conversations and manage relationships.
- Flexible Time Zone Availability: Ability to handle calls and manage clients across different time zones, ensuring timely communication.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects from initial contact through to successful delivery.
