- Documents informed decisions on Designs and Solutions, for Internal or Customer-facing projects
- Extensive understanding of DGF’s Product Operations lifecycles
- Extensive knowledge of, and compliance with DPDHL BUIT Governance process
- Ability to consistently manage demanding internal and external senior stakeholder
- Good negotiation skills to manage external MNC-SBC-CSI-BC-IP and other Sales Channel customer expectations
- Use of the DEPICT project management methodology
- Technical aptitude, including but not limited to Data Communication protocols, CLM Workflows, Functionality and configurations, Data Field gapping and mapping
- Ability to benchmark 3rd party BUIT Service Providers
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles for implementing Non-Business Critical applications, and the importance of this for the success of the project
- Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL Group Managers
- Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to line Managers and employees
- Customer Contracts Sales Channels MNC-SBC-CSI-BC-IP IMPAT (Customer Implementation) Teams and EU BPO (Business Process Optimization) Head for collaboration during all processes, decisions and projects
- Customer Contracts Sales Channels Sales personnel and external customer stakeholder management during customer-facing projects
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field is preferable).
- Project management certification an added advantage
- Proficiency with handling global project for DHL's customers
- Activities involve collaboration/communication with CLM Vendor Support, Customer Sales Channel Operations and IT team
- Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
- Experience working CIM for Customer Integration related projects in IT domain is preferred
- Already practicing Agile or equivalent Project Management methodology
- Project Manager experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Projects, Visio, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in visualization Tools
- Strong analytical Skills
