MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.Job ProfileThis role serves as an approver to the eFX Analysts as well as a main point of contact with the Onshore team. Approver serves as a secondary checker for Analyst processes in eFX Onboarding, Credit Monitoring, Data Management, and eFX Support as many of the tasks require approval by another personnel and others require verification as accuracy is critical in the fundamental the tasks build for the Onshore team to work on them. The role is expected to manage the overall offshore team and report to the Onshore team for any issue or concern as well as any risk scenario if such an event occurs. This role is a lead for the team of four (including the leader) that minimum decision making such as local prioritization is expected.Position details:

A business leader and a decision maker within the MGS team

Work Hours:

9am JST to 5:30pm JST

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads the two shifts Asia/EMEA and control the service level of the team
Manages the accuracy and efficiency of the team
Serves as an approver to the junior analyst tasks
Catches up with the Onshore Team regularly to maintain the procedures and the tasks
Process may be required as per requirement

Job Requirements:

Leadership (Lead not Boss)
Prioritization
Basic FX Knowledge and importance of the tasks
Efficiency
Problem Solving
FX or related Finance knowledge is required.
Experience in handling onshore clients and prioritizing key tasks as per the requirements
Leadership experience is preferred
