What you should have: - 2-5 years of experience in a customer success support role - Looking for MBA freshers with B.tech/Computer Science or a relevant background - Exposure to Fintech/tech/BA background is preferred. - Understanding of the technical documentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of Technology like Java, API, Database, Postman etc. is a must. - Knowledge in SaaS products will be an advantage.
