Supervise and guide the reservations team to handle calls, emails, and booking requests efficiently and professionally.2. Monitor reservation entries in the Property Management System (PMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.3. Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to manage room inventory and optimize occupancy.4. Train and mentor team members on upselling techniques, system usage, and guest service excellence.5. Review and manage amendments, cancellations, and special requests in line with hotel policies.6. Analyze daily/weekly reservation reports and recommend actions to improve revenue performance.7. Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.8. Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs and assist in developing process improvements.Key Requirements1. Education : Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field preferred.2. Experience : 3-5 years in hotel reservations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.3. Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar).4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.5. Customer-focused with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.6.
