Handle reservation calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally.2. Accurately enter reservations into the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and ensure all guest details are up to date.3. Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue.4. Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities to guests and travel partners.5. Process amendments, cancellations, and special requests in line with hotel policies.6. Maintain reservation records and prepare daily/weekly reservation and occupancy reports.7. Upsell room categories and hotel services to enhance guest experience and revenue.8. Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain high levels of guest service.Key Requirements :1. Education : Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field preferred.2. Experience : 1-3 years in reservations/front office, preferably in hospitality.3. Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.5. Customer-focused with a positive, service-oriented attitude.6.
