This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 6-10 LPA)Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, effective client relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales targets.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking activities.
  • Follow up with prospects, schedule product demos/meetings, and guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular reporting of pipeline and activity.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across corporates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT industry sales, preferably with software or services.
  • Proven background in selling compliance, HRMS, payroll solutions, or related products/services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
