- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking activities.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule product demos/meetings, and guide them through the sales cycle.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular reporting of pipeline and activity.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across corporates.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT industry sales, preferably with software or services.
- Proven background in selling compliance, HRMS, payroll solutions, or related products/services is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
