JobType: full-timeRequirements:Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships through strategic outreach. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects through targeted campaigns, and setting up meaningful appointments that drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting:
  • 1. Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals: Talent, Clients, and Capital
  • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
  • Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
  • Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events to generate leads
Email Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest
  • Develop personalized messaging that effectively communicates Growqai's value proposition across different verticals
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • A/B test different email approaches to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Appointment Setting & Scheduling:
  • Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadership Manage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal scheduling for both prospects and internal teams Follow up persistently with warm leads to convert initial interest into confirmed meetings
  • Coordinate seamlessly with sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments
Business Model Explanation & Consultation:
  • Develop deep understanding of Growqai's service offerings across Talent, Clients, and Capital verticals
  • Articulate value propositions clearly during initial prospect conversations and discovery calls
  • Conduct needs assessment to understand prospect challenges and position appropriate solutions
  • Provide consultative approach in explaining how Growqai's AI-driven growth strategies can address specific business needs
CRM Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM system
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes
Required QualificationsExperience & Background
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns and appointment setting
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaign management platforms
  • Strong research capabilities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and online tools
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance
