- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:Identify, target, and onboard small and large businesses for digital marketing services, including branding, performance campaigns, SEO, and more.
- Account Management: Manage clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Market Strategy & Networking:Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Performance Marketing & Campaign Expertise:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns meet KPIs and deliver exceptional ROI.
- Network & Connections:A robust network of CMOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders, particularly in Mumbai.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including:Digital Strategy, Performance campaigns, Branding, Media planning.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities for marketing agencies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to create and sustain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Strong strategic thinking and a results-driven minds.
