Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, developers, and local authorities.
Monitor zoning regulations, land use policies, and legal parameters impacting acquisitions.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective properties and provide market insights regularly.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in property acquisition, real estate transactions, or site selection.
Graduate degree in any discipline; preferred specialization in Real Estate, Business, or Management.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and legal frameworks.
Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Experience in both commercial and residential property acquisitions preferred.
