Key Roles & Responsibilities:o Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online/offline campaigns.o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.o Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.o Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial projects to customers.o Conduct site visits, explain project features, specifications, legal documents, and pricing.o Negotiate terms and close deals while achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.o Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.o Provide insights to management for improving sales strategy.o Assist clients with booking forms, payment schedules, loan/finance coordination, and registration.o Ensure timely follow-up on pending documentation.o Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth execution of transactions.o Provide continuous support to clients during and the sales process.o Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction levels.o Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.o Achieve individual and team sales goals within deadlines.o Represent the company at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.o Promote projects through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.Method of Selection:
