We are seeking a seasoned professional in commercial & retail real estate with proven expertise in leasing, business development, and high-value transaction management. The role involves driving mall & commercial space leasing, managing investor and tenant relationships, and delivering revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end commercial & retail leasing for malls, offices, and premium properties.Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Manage HNI/Ultra-HNI and investor advisory, ensuring profitable transactions.Handle lease negotiations, agreements, and transaction closures.Build and maintain strong channel partner, broker, and IPC networks.Conduct market research, retail expansion surveys, and competitor analysis.Collaborate with design, legal, and technical teams for project execution.Core Skills:
