We are looking to add to our team of thinkers, innovators and doers and would love to have you join us at the Pune, India office and build the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen our finance function. As a core member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, managing investor relationships, and ensuring strong financial governance to support our next phase of growth.Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Finance & Planning

Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with company goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Financial Operations & Controls

Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, and internal controls
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Fundraising & Investor Management

Support fundraise planning, investor communication, and due diligence
Build financial models and prepare investor decks and reports

Cash Flow & Risk Management

Manage working capital, cash flow, and risk assessment
Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with banks/lenders

Business Partnering & Cost Management

Work closely with business and product teams to drive financial discipline
Set up cost optimization frameworks and support pricing decisions

Requirements:

Proven experience as CFO or Head of Finance, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance
Experience managing fundraising processes (Equity, Debt, Grants)
Skilled in financial modeling, MIS, and investor reporting
Ability to translate numbers into strategic insights and actions

Good to Have:

Experience in scaling companies from Series A to growth stage
Exposure to international financial operations

Eligible Candidates:

Desired Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Work Experience: 15+ years of experience
