Job DescriptionWe're hiring for the profile of CFO for Pune locationQualifications/Experience: Qualified CA with 9-12 years of exp ( at least 3-5 years in the capital equipment, heavy machinery, or manufacturing industry)Location: PuneBudget: 27-28 LPA (including variable)MUST: SAP ERP experienceKey responsibilites:1) Financial Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals, including long-term financial planning and investment decisions.2) Budgeting & Forecasting:Oversee the budgeting process, create financial forecasts, and manage financial performance against targets.3) Financial Reporting & Analysis:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, conduct financial analysis to provide insights into company performance, and assess the impact of business decisions.4) Risk Management:Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.5) Team Leadership:Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.6) Accounting & Compliance:Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordancewith GAAP/IFRS.7) Compliance:Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning and audits.
