• Proven track record as a CFO or Head of Finance, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with fundraising (Equity, Debt, Grants).
• Strong skills in financial modeling, MIS, and investor reporting.
• Ability to convert financial data into actionable strategic insights.

• Exposure to scaling companies from Series A through growth stages.
• Experience managing international financial operations.

• Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership.
