Job Title:Maintenance Operator (Eletricall)Location:SilvassaPurpose of Job:Responsible for the preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and other activities as assigned by the supervisor.Principal Accountabilities:1) To Check control panel for electrical power and distribution of power in the plant.1) To do Machine preventive maintenance as per planned schedule.2) Attend break down / alarm in machines which are in operation and ensure for smooth working of all the machines.4) Ensure the maintenance work as per work / job instruction in optimized time limit.5) Providing the feedback of the maintenance work to the supervisor and maintain good operating practices.6) General maintenance of machine & tool change, job change activities as and when planned by in co-ordination with production department..7) 7) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.9) Daily fill up their day to day work in their work log book.10) Daily electrical consumption meter reading data entered in log book.11) Daily round up the total machinery of the plant & fill up the daily check Point list for the all machinery so that we can prevent the major break down.12) Preventive Maintenance carried out as per schedule weekly, monthly, half yearly & yearly.Qualifications & Experience Required:3-5 years’ experience in similar ProfileITI- Electrician.Skills Required for the Job:Technical SkillsCommunication SkillsTeam WorkPowered by Webbtree
