Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, fostering partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of the product, balancing quality and speed to market while adapting to changing priorities and market demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align product development with business objectives. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Product Configuration. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
