MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCEAn established QA/QC professional with over 8/10 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Service Industry. Should be well versed in Problem solving, Quality audits, Supplier Quality concepts and System implementation.Skills:- Workplace Management Implementation (5s and Visual Management)- Drawing reading skill including GD & T.- Able to use measuring tool such as Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Go / NO GO gauges, Powder Coating & liquid painting testing method.- Hands on experience of Pareto Analysis, DPMO and PPM.- Hands on experience of 5-Why analysis & Cause and Effect analysis.- Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Work Ethics, Decision Making, Leadership ability.- Oversee & maintain robust Quality Management system (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015.- Ensure compliance with quality requirements for various product certifications (ATEX, CE, IECEx & impa) and manage related audits.- Implement health, safety and environmental standards in collaboration with management.- Ensure continuous development of team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training and performance evaluation.- Oversee calibration of instrument's and 3 rd. party lab testing reports.- Vendor performance evaluation based on Quality Supplier Rating.- Product validation in the collaboration of Design department.- Analysis of Quality Data & customer complaints and implement CAPA.- Conduct MRM as per frequency.- Conduct Internal audit as per QMS.- Improve and implement QA policies and procedures.- Develop and Implement QAP & QCP for Softline & Hardline Products as per company policies and regulatory requirements.- Conduct audits of warehouse processes, Product and systems.- Implement Corrective actions as per audit finding.- Identification areas for improvement, Implement best practices and lean methodologies.- Ensure customer satisfaction as per standard and customer expectation.- Maintain and present comprehensive report of QA processes to management.- Ensure FTR quality of product through Supplier Quality Product & Process Audits and work with supplier to resolve quality issues.- Monitor and improve supplier part PPM.- Develop and conduct training programs for employees on quality standards, procedures and best practices.- Attend customer complaint and ensure appropriate action on the same.- Attention to details by attending in-house In-process complaints.- Monitor incoming, In process and pre-dispatch quality data.- Ensure right quality of Incoming material, Inline & Pre-Dispatch product as per customers Standards with compliance regulations like RoHS, Prop 65.- Responsible for team's overall support in terms of QA process & KPI's including Lab test and final inspection results.- Responsible to carryout product Risk Assessment to support customer's quality, product compliance and safety, and delivery objectives.- To provide timely and relevant product quality, factory capacity and capability information to sourcing and CFT so they can make informed decision.- Ensure QA tools and processes in line with WM global QA standard operating procedure.- To conduct Internal Audit of business processes and manufacturing processes as per QMS.9001:2015 including WM FCCA standard with follow-up for action closing.- Co-coordinating Customer compliant with Root cause analysis & CAPA & closure of quality point.- Responsible to provide technical advice where needed, so that potential problems due to design, material and construction are flagged in a timely manner.- Responsible for periodic improvement in Quality department with monthlydata analysis of defects observed in Incoming & Inline quality stage.- To maintain Quality Laboratory instrument with periodic Calibration with the help of third party lab.- Impart training to suppliers for process improvement & good quality products- Adherence to quality systems & sufficient measures have been put in place to ensure no defects are allowed.- Timely updating of QAP & QCP.- Ensure effective & on time Inspection of products / processes (In-house & Outdoor)- Maintain, Monitor, Analyze & Control over Quality inspection related data &records. Corrective Action on internal as well external customer Complaints.- Maintain Calibration as per plan, ensure third party inspection (Lab testing) as per plan.- Inspector's skill evaluation, matrix & Training and Qualification.- Customer Complaints investigation and approval to complaint CSC SO.- Analysis of customer complaints data and sharing analysis with all respective departments.- Define Corrective Actions on customer complaints with the help of CFT & follow up and maintain track records for its implementation.- Ensure smooth working of QA/QC and CD by effective and on time decisions.- To maintain and share daily MIS report of Quality department to higher authority.- Leading the Quality Assurance team.- Preparing Incoming inspection schedule as per weekly & daily priorities as Pre-shipment planning.- Escalation of issues with supplier's top management and his commodity head to ensure reduction of rework.- Arrange for segregation /rework for supplier concerns emerging from manufacturing lines.- Timely co-ordinate with Supplier QA and supplier to take corrective action in the process.- Responsible to update Quality inspection details in Customer QM portal.- Attending Customer Complaints and handling CAPA /8D documentation.- Periodic audit of Suppliers & Timely closure of the findings.- Monthly Supplier Quality rating & Supplier Performance feedback.- Ensure Calibration management of QC Gauges & measuring instrument
