Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the procurement function for AbCoffee Bangalore, ensuring timely and cost- effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, securing the best possible terms for AbCoffee.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, building strong partnerships and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
  • Manage inventory control for Bangalore operations, minimizing stock outs and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential risks in the supply chain, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance teams.
  • Prepare and manage procurement budgets.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within the QSR industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP) a plus.
