Job Profile: Senior Product Manager - SearchLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaExperience: 6-9 yearsAbout the RoleSearch is a critical P0 system, enabling millions of users to quickly discover the right food and services. As Senior PM for Search, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for building world-class search and ranking systems that deliver speed, accuracy, and delight-while driving measurable business impact.What will you get to do here?Own and drive the end-to-end Search roadmap across ranking models, query understanding, personalization, and relevance.Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build scalable, reliable search experiences.Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.Act as the single point of accountability for Search performance, reliability, and escalations.Define and monitor key metrics such as relevance, CTR, conversion, and latency.Mentor and guide peers to raise the bar on building high-quality data and search products.What are we looking for ?4+ years of PM experience owning consumer-facing search technology in a B2C company.2+ years of work experience in working with Data Science ranking models as a PMProven track record of shipping large-scale search or recommendation products.Strong expertise in experimentation, data analysis, and decision-making.Consumer-obsessed mindset with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
