- Identify and target potential partners across industries (FMCG, retail, travel, ecommerce, BFSI, hospitality, etc.) for loyalty tie-ups.
- Pitch the value proposition of our loyalty solutions and negotiate win-win partnership
- Build multi-sector partner portfolios to enhance member redemption and earning
- Manage key partner accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, and customer
- Track partner performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring, and opportunity mapping in
- Work with product and marketing teams to align partner offerings with customer
- Deliver on sales and partnership acquisition targets.
- Ensure partner deals contribute to incremental revenue, customer acquisition, and
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related
