We are a fast-growing platform redefining how niche and emerging labels engage with the business world through curated showcases.Role Overview:We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Sponsorship Executive to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding brands and partners for our exhibitions and securing sponsorships from relevant stakeholders. If you're passionate about events, sales, and indie businesses, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Sales:- Identify and onboard relevant brands, startups, and service providers to participate in exhibitions.- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.- Conduct client meetings and deliver impactful sales pitches.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.Sponsorships:- Research and reach out to potential sponsors aligned with the event theme and audience.- Create and present sponsorship decks and customized proposals.- Negotiate deliverables, benefits, and contracts with sponsor brands.- Ensure all sponsor obligations are executed during the event.Reporting & Coordination:- Maintain accurate sales data and weekly progress reports.- Collaborate with event and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination.- Represent House of IndieXpo at industry events and exhibitions.Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorships (preferably in events, exhibitions, media, or B2B).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Comfortable with cold outreach and meeting targets.-- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.Good to Have:- Experience in B2B exhibitions or event sponsorships.- Knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle, or startup ecosystem.- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms.Why Join Us?Work with a passionate team shaping the future of indie showcases.Exposure to high-growth brands, events, and startup networks.Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
