For 95 years, Nalli has been an iconic heritage brand steeped in tradition, beloved by sari-wearers everywhere, and known for its trust, quality, and family values.About the Position:You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of marketplace operations, including account activation and negotiation, catalog management, sales optimization, promotion planning, inventory coordination, and analytics. This role requires coordination with internal teams (inventory, design, logistics, customer care) and external marketplace partners to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Operations:- Activation & Account management on Myntra, Amazon, Ajio & other relevant marketplaces.- Manage product listings, catalog hygiene, images, titles, keywords, and attributes across marketplaces.- Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and content consistency across all platforms.- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to sync inventory and reduce SLA breaches. Sales & Promotion Planning:- Analyze performance data to optimize sales, identify trends, and reduce returns or cancellations.- Plan and execute seasonal promotions and participate in campaigns (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival).- Collaborate with marketing/design for A+ content, banner creatives, and brand stores.- Having good knowledge on Helium software.Performance Analytics:- Track KPIs: GMV, units sold, return rate, cancellations, CTR, and conversion rate.- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or marketplace dashboards to generate actionable reports.- Recommend SKU-level actions based on insights (bundling, visibility improvement).Vendor & Relationship Management:- Liaise with account managers from marketplaces for growth planning and compliance updates.- Stay updated on category changes, policy shifts, and promotional opportunities.- Manage SLA adherence, penalty avoidance, and issue resolution.Required Skills & Experience:- 2-5 years experience managing online marketplaces (preferably in fashion/apparel or lifestyle category).- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.).- Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Google Sheets.- Familiarity with Unicommerce, Browntape, or OMS/inventory sync tools.- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.- MBA (preferred but not mandatory).Bonus Skills:- Experience working with ethnic wear or fashion/lifestyle products.- Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization for product listings in marketplace.- Exposure to international marketplaces is a plus.
