  • Strategic & Financial Leadership: Develop business strategy, manage budgets, set KPIs, drive profitability, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Quality & Safety: Implement stringent quality control, enforce safety protocols (hazardous materials, high temperatures), and maintain environmental compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage performance, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deploy Lean principles, enhance processes, and drive innovation in the plant's operations.
