Build strong relationships with premium
A & A+ category Architects, Facade Consultants, Fabricators and
Builders, Developers, Contractors for brand approvals.·
Drive Sales & Marketing, Business
Development, Project Coordination, and Channel
Management activities in the region.·
Develop and maintain an updated
database of existing and prospective clients.·
Engage with Architects,
Interior Designers, Contractors, Project Management firms, and
key stakeholders for project acquisition and product approvals.·
Collaborate closely with Façade
Consultants, Fabricators, and Contractors to strengthen brand presence
and secure new business opportunities.·
Plan and execute strategic business
development initiatives to achieve regional sales targets.·
Provide timely insights on market
trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support
organizational strategy.Key Skills & Requirements·
Strong network with
Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers, Façade Consultants &
Contractors.·
Proven track record in Sales,
Business Development, and Channel Management.·
Excellent communication, negotiation,
and presentation skills.·
Ability to independently manage
client relationships and drive project approvals.·
Self-motivated with a result-oriented
