Job descriptionResponsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Administer Employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.
  • Responsible for attending to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.
  • Maintain employee personnel records.
  • Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
