Handle payroll coordination and salary processing
Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure statutory compliance and HR documentation
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Handle employee engagement and grievance management
Maintain HRMIS and employee records
Manage and coordinate HR operations for 100+ employeesRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of HR operations
Payroll and compliance knowledge
Good communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management ability
Problem solving and decision-making skillsPreferred Candidate Profile:MBA in HRM preferred
3–5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
Experience in managing mid-size teams (100+ employees preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
