Job Description:Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperHiring Location: Bangalore,Trivandrum,Kochi,HyderabadExperiance: 3 to 5yrsRole Summary:UST is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Sales Cloud solutions within an Agile delivery model. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and an eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior developers.Key Responsibilities / Outcomes:Understand business requirements/user stories and deliver Salesforce features and components.Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Develop unit test cases with class coverage above 90%.Collaborate with QA/testers to ensure product quality and handle defect resolution.Assist with release activities including sandbox refreshes, UAT support, and production deployments.Follow coding standards, perform documentation, and participate in code reviews.Learn new technologies and Salesforce features as per project demands.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, configuration steps, and reusability of assets.Must-Have Skills:Hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and FlowsUnderstanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data models and configurationsAbility to perform unit testing, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA)Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Familiarity with deployment practices and handling sandbox/production releasesGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience with defect management and collaborating with testersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood-to-Have Skills:Experience working with Visualforce, Aura ComponentsExposure to Salesforce REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with data loading tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench)Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git)Understanding of Salesforce best practices, limits, and security modelsExperience supporting UAT and production release coordinationParticipation in internal knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, or documentation initiativesExperience Range:Total Experience: 2 to 5 yearsSalesforce Development Experience: Minimum 2 years (hands-on)Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred)Salesforce App Builder (added advantagSkills:Software Design,Software Development,SalesforceAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
