We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. This role is a balanced mix of hands-on coding, technical leadership, team mentorship, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integration patterns, along with a solid grasp of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to define and refine features and solutions.Conduct code reviews, drive CI/CD adoption, and manage deployment processes.Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize performance for Salesforce integrations and core functionalities.Guide team members in building Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, Flow automation, and reusable components.Manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native tools.Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).Recommend and adopt new Salesforce features to enhance solution capabilities.Coordinate offshore/onshore development efforts and ensure stakeholder alignment.Maintain test coverage, enforce coding standards, and ensure solution quality through automation and unit testing.Must Have Skills:
8–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceProficient in:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualforceSOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows (Screen, Auto-Launched, Record-Triggered)Strong understanding of:Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rulesSalesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practicesExperience in Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIsHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)Prior experience in a technical lead role, including mentoring and code governanceStrong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Certifications:Platform Developer IApp BuilderGood to Have Skills:
