Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Service Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, particularly focused on customer service processes and automation.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools.Develop Apex triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).Build reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components tailored to customer service operations.Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand and implement business requirements.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.Support UAT, deployment, and production environments.Conduct code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.Stay updated with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements.Must Have Skills:
3–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong experience in:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualforceSalesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Auto-Launched)SOQL/SOSLIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and configurationsExperience with Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, App BuilderUnderstanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practicesExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, including client interactionStrong problem-solving and debugging capabilitiesSalesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder CertificationsGood to Have Skills:
