Competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance client relations.
Strong skills in travel itinerary planning to create detailed and efficient travel plans for clients.
Expertise in destination knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and advice to travelers.
Ability to handle travel visa and documentation processes for diverse destinations.
Cultural sensitivity to respect and adapt to the diverse backgrounds of clients.
Strong problem-solving skills in travel logistics to address and resolve unexpected issues promptly.
