For more information, visit .Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Junior Travel Sales Associate based at our Jaipur office on a full-time basis. This position involves engaging with clients to enhance their travel experiences through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a keen interest in optimizing sales processes to deliver outstanding service.Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive destination knowledge to offer expert advice on travel locations and itineraries (Mandatory skill).
  • Outstanding customer service skills ensuring personalized and satisfactory travel experiences (Mandatory skill).
  • Insight into travel marketing strategies allowing for effective promotion and client engagement (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in multilingual communication to cater to a diverse client base, enhancing interaction and satisfaction.
  • Strong sales management skills to develop and implement sales plans and meet business targets effectively.
  • Ability to excel in direct sales, demonstrating a proactive approach, attention to detail, and client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate travel options and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Capable of maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients through strategic relationship management and networking.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to promote future business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to devise and implement travel marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure client needs are met with efficiency and quality.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive travel advice and necessary information about destinations.
  • Manage sales inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies effectively.
  • Regularly update client databases to ensure all interactions are documented for quality assessment and follow-ups.
