- Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and growth.
- Brand & Messaging - Modules
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to key markets and customer personas.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and geographies.
- Campaigns & Execution - Modules
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, thought leadership) to increase brand awareness and demand generation.
- Collaborate with sales and business development to enable pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Performance Tracking
- Define KPIs and measure ROI of marketing programs.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, or related roles (preferably in technology, semiconductor, or software industries).
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global or matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of B2B technology markets (semiconductor, software, or automotive/industrial verticals is a plus).
