1. Minimum 13 years of overall experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of Skill Development programmes.• Hands-on experience in Training Partner performance monitoring, training outcome evaluation, and quality assessment of training infrastructure.• Strong exposure to implementation and monitoring of large-scale skill development initiatives.• Experience in inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder engagement.• Proven capability in designing selection criteria for Training Providers, developing SOPs, and preparing analytical reports and dashboards
