- Lead consultative, solution, and value-based selling of SaaS-based LegalTech solutions to enterprise and B2B clients.
- Drive business development initiatives to acquire and expand high-value enterprise accounts.
- Manage Key Accounts and establish strategic partnerships to achieve long-term revenue growth and client loyalty.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to expand market presence in targeted geographies.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and exceeding sales targets.
- Respond to RFPs and create winning proposals tailored to legal industry requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead management, pipeline tracking, and client engagement.
- Keep abreast of trends in Legal Technology, including digital transformation in legal, subscription revenue models, and AI-powered legal platforms.
- 12-13 years of experience in SaaS Sales, with at least 5 years in LegalTech Sales or related technology domains.
- Proven success in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, and global SaaS markets.
- Strong knowledge of Legal Practice Management, Legal Research Platforms, and Compliance Solutions.
- Expertise in negotiation & closing, stakeholder management, and strategic account expansion.
- Experience in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory management.
- Preferred: LLB / Law Graduate with exposure to corporate law, contract drafting, legal compliance, or litigation support.
- Track record of success in partner/channel sales and SaaS startup environments.
