If these values resonate with you and you’re excited to join our journey, please review the job description below:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead large-scale hiring initiatives across Accounting, Legal, and niche skill domains. This role will be responsible for building a robust hiring engine, and creating scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.What to expect in your journey

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for bulk and niche hiring across functions including Accounting, Legal, and specialized roles

Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and quality hiring

Design and execute campus hiring programs, building strong partnerships with universities and institutions

Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and talent communities

Drive ATS implementation and optimization to improve recruitment efficiency, analytics, and candidate experience

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team

Collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and define hiring roadmaps

Establish strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improve processes

Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints

What you bring to the table:

15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring and niche hiring

Proven experience hiring for Accounting, Legal, and specialized roles

Strong experience managing multi-location hiring mandates

Hands-on experience in campus recruitment programs

Demonstrated success in ATS implementation and recruitment process transformation

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building TA functions from scratch or scaling rapidly

Exposure to global hiring (US, UK, Australia markets) is a plus

Strong employer branding and recruitment marketing experience
