Set up proper documentation practices for recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exits
Ensure 100% statutory compliance under Factories Act, PF, ESIC, etc.
Maintain all statutory registers, license renewals, displays, and returns
Independently manage attendance, leave, and shift rosters via biometric system
Prepare and share monthly payroll inputs; coordinate salary processing with Accounts
Handle full-cycle recruitment and manage local staffing agency relationships
Conduct internal HR audits and maintain audit readiness at all times
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters with due process
Organize basic engagement activities and facilitate communication on the shopfloor
Generate HR MIS reports for the Plant Head and Corporate HRQualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR, Industrial Relations, or related discipline
4-6 years of HR experience in manufacturing plants (preferably mid-sized)
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, and audit practices
Self-driven, process-oriented, and dependable
Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll input management
