- How to paint consumption reduce how to achieve production as per planning.
- knowledge of painting defect shootout, Paint mixing awareness, Shade matching, how to rejection reduce, cost saving.
- Documentation CAPA, CP, PFD, PFME, SOP and Manpower handling.
- Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality
- Strong analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP will be plus point.
