- Managing pre-sales activities, technical sales, bidding, and positioning solutions and services in the Process Industries division.
- Driving customer engagement, solution design, estimation, and coordination with the sales team for assigned segments.
- Conducting technical evaluations, cost benchmarking, risk and opportunity analysis for proposed solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, to assess solution feasibility and previous implementation experiences.
- Presenting the latest technologies to customers and aligning solutions with long-term and short-term segment growth strategies.
- Promoting service offerings such as rip-and-replace, service agreements, and system upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, or Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent, with 8 to 12 years of experience in technical sales, estimation, and customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, digitalization, instrumentation, plant communication systems, and automation industry trends.
- Proven expertise in pre-sales activities, product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.
- Hands-on experience in technical evaluations, cost benchmarking, and risk/opportunity analysis for industrial automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Metals, Cement, or Mineral Processing industries is an advantage, along with a strong understanding of ABB automation solutions.
