- Ownership of project management tooling and processes
- Collaboration with cross functional teams to integrate change management processes
- Building out training, onboarding and communication mechanisms across the organization
- Taking responsibility for setting and leading change management governance such as bar raiser programs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects for broader Global Process Management team
- Create and drive mechanisms to build efficiency for team members
- Identify areas of opportunity and create solutions to meet those opportunities
- Look for ways to centralize and standardize tools, processes and mechanisms at scale
- Maintain strong partner team relationships
- Influence decision making across partner teams
- Build complimentary approaches to managing change from business teams across AmazonBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
