- Assist team in handling key customers and negotiations
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales service experience
- Resolve client queries and escalate issues when needed
- Support the team in coordinating with brokers/channel partners
- Track leads generated via external agents and support in closures
- Track daily lead status, team productivity, and site visit conversion
- Maintain sales reports, booking updates, and performance dashboards
- Share regular updates with Sales Manager or City Head
- Strong communication, team leadership, and selling skills
- Good understanding of the local real estate market
- Ability to drive performance and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Excel reporting
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree Preferred
- 4–6 years of real estate sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role
- Experience in residential or plotted development preferred
