Be a part of KC Overseas—apply now!MIHAN New Office Campus Launch Video -Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do:Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager – University Partnerships to drive global university partnerships, strengthen institutional relationships, and support business growth through strategic tie-ups and collaborations. The role will focus on expanding KC’s university network, enhancing engagement with partner institutions, and improving operational and commercial efficiency.Key Responsibilities Lead university tie-ups and partnerships with a focus on reputed and globally ranked institutions Identify target universities through competitor mapping and market research Manage end-to-end tie-up process (EOI to agreement) with full compliance Build and manage strong relationships with partner universities as the primary SPOC Lead regular interactions and strategic meetings with institutions Plan and manage international visits, meetings, and partnership opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to onboard institutions and drive strategic initiatives (e.g., UniReach, new projects) Ensure agreement renewals, FAM trips, and partnership documentation are managed effectively Expand university coverage and strengthen territory rights across key markets Support commission structuring, benchmarking, and competitive analysis Work closely with stakeholders for commercial alignment Leverage tools like Claude AI to improve productivity and drive operational efficiencyKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)7–8 years of relevant experience in Operations / Process ManagementStrong experience in managing teams, SLAs, and end-to-end operational workflowsExperience in stakeholder coordination (internal teams, partners, universities)Good understanding of process improvement, reporting, and operational metricsFamiliarity with CRM/tools and automation platforms is preferredNegotiation and partnership developmentExcellent communication and presentation skills
