The role will focus on expanding KC’s university network, enhancing engagement with partner institutions, and improving operational and commercial efficiency.Key Responsibilities Lead university tie-ups and partnerships with a focus on reputed and globally ranked institutions Identify target universities through competitor mapping and market research Manage end-to-end tie-up process (EOI to agreement) with full compliance Build and manage strong relationships with partner universities as the primary SPOC Lead regular interactions and strategic meetings with institutions Plan and manage international visits, meetings, and partnership opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to onboard institutions and drive strategic initiatives (e.g., UniReach, new projects) Ensure agreement renewals, FAM trips, and partnership documentation are managed effectively Expand university coverage and strengthen territory rights across key markets Support commission structuring, benchmarking, and competitive analysis Work closely with stakeholders for commercial alignment Leverage tools like Claude AI to improve productivity and drive operational efficiencyKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)7–8 years of relevant experience in Operations / Process ManagementStrong experience in managing teams, SLAs, and end-to-end operational workflowsExperience in stakeholder coordination (internal teams, partners, universities)Good understanding of process improvement, reporting, and operational metricsFamiliarity with CRM/tools and automation platforms is preferredNegotiation and partnership developmentExcellent communication and presentation skills
