This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, managing customer service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of banking operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
  • Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
  • Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler's cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
