- Respond branch to inquiries via phone and email regarding status of clients e-banking and trade product registration applications
- Performs registrations of channel related applications
- Acts as checker in registrations of channel related applications
- Meet agreed SLA on applications turnaround time
- Resolve issues related to incomplete forms with respective branches.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations register and clients record database
- Support branches in collating and preparing required reports for internal reporting.
- Oversee and ensure smooth running of daily activities of APAC Transaction Banking Administration and Customer service teams
- Manage and support the team members in their day-to-day work and work on constant improvement in the knowledge and skill levels
- Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external customers to enhance the bank's reputation and meet customer's expectations
- Support customers and act as the first level of support to their daily queries on matters relating to cash and trade products
- Work in partnership with the other divisions to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits
- Adhere to all company policies / guidelines
- Monitor and record daily activities to achieve departmental key performance indicators and service metrics.
- To provide client support in collaboration with sales team to meet the division's financial target
- Attract, retain, motivate and develop talent to drive a high-performance culture.
- Identify learning / training needs and ensure that development support is provided.
- Build TB expertise jointly with the regional office through training & regional collaboration opportunities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and keep the team motivated.
- Candidates should have Transaction Banking experience with the familiarity of online cash management and various host-to-host connectivity protocols including ISO 20022 payments and information reporting standards
- Basic computer operation knowledge and skills
- Strong organization and communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette are required
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Must be a creative problem solver who is willing to work hard and learn
- Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
