Reporting To: Plant Head → CEO → Board of DirectorsRole Summary:We are seeking a qualified CA/CWA with 10+ years of experience (including 5+ years in senior management) to lead finance & accounts for a 200Cr+ manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to cost control, compliance (SEBI/GST), and strategic financial planning in a limited company environment.Key Responsibilities:✔ Financial Leadership: Oversee accounts, audits, costing, and treasury while driving profitability.
✔ Compliance & Risk: Ensure SEBI, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance (PF/ESI).
✔ Strategic Decision-Making: Partner with leadership on business plans, ROI tracking, and ERP-integrated budgeting.
✔ Team & Systems: Mentor finance teams, optimize IT dashboards, and enforce internal controls.Candidate Profile:
- Education: CA/CWA (must) + manufacturing finance background.
- Experience: 10+ years (min. 5 years as CFO/Finance Head in a limited company).
- Skills:
- Costing & Compliance (60% weightage)
- Analytical & Data-Driven (20%)
- People Management (20%)
- Language: Fluent English & Hindi (Tamil preferred).
- Age: 40-50 years.
- 2 rounds with CIEL HR + 2 rounds with client.
- Sourcing Focus: Candidates from Tier 2/3 manufacturing hubs.
