Position:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location:MumbaiExperience: 10 - 15 yearsIndustries:EngineeringResponsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director / Board of Directors
  • Provide financial insights to support business expansion, capacity enhancement, and profitability
  • Lead and manage end-to-end IPO process, including coordination with merchant
  • bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and other regulatory requirements
  • Handle valuation, prospectus preparation, due diligence, and investor communication
  • Manage post-IPO compliance and investor relations
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor cost control, working capital management, and cash flow optimization
  • Supervise MIS, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting
  • Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Monitor raw material pricing, yield, wastage, and production efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, Customs, Excise (if applicable), and other statutory requirements
  • Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management frameworks
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations
  • Oversee fund utilization, forex exposure, and hedging strategies
  • Ensure optimal capital structure and debt-equity balance
  • Lead the finance team at the corporate office and manufacturing units
  • Establish robust financial systems, SOPs, and ERP controls
  • Support HR, procurement, legal, and commercial teams with financial inputs
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IPO regulations and corporate finance
  • Expertise in manufacturing finance and cost accounting
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling
